On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join us for the next Leadership in Extraordinary Times event of 2021: Revolutionising healthcare innovation: Putting communities first
Revolutionising Healthcare Innovation: Putting Communities First, brings industry, policy, academia and entrepreneurs together to open a discussion on how these stakeholders can work collaboratively to stimulate community-centered innovation for health.
The Novartis Innovation Prize: Assistive Tech for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) was launched in 2020 to promote solutions to mobility challenges faced by the MS community, and to increase awareness of the need for “outside-in” innovation that directly involves these communities from day-one.
Our panel includes the winner of the prize, a leader from the disability tech space (who is also one of our alumni), a leading patient advocate, the EU Commission, and the university’s Pro Vice Chancellor For Innovation. They will be considering the future of innovation in healthcare in a post-COVID era, and how industry, policy, academia and entrepreneurs can work collaboratively together to shape this.
This is a free public event. Everyone is welcome to attend and there is no need to sign up.
