Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Come and join us for our Open Day at the Westgate Centre in Oxford between 10am and 3.30pm on Wednesday 10th May.
The event – held jointly with Oxford Health BRC – will allow members of the public to visit interactive stands showcasing some of the amazing research that takes place in Oxford for the benefit of NHS patients.
You can find out about the latest developments in how we diagnose and treat heart disease, mental health issues, diabetes, dementia and many other conditions, as well as being able to find out about how you can get involved in our research.
The Open Day will be officially opened at 10am by Oxford BRC Director Prof Helen McShane and Oxford Health BRC Directory Prof John Geddes.
