On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

This event is free to join.
As recent events have demonstrated, many children and young people have taken it upon themselves to be at the forefront of efforts to address the climate disaster through legal action. In this webinar, convened by the University of Oxford’s climate jurisprudence and climate education researchers, you will learn what climate litigation is and how it works. The conversation will focus on youth-led legal action for the climate, underscoring the importance of civic engagement and how this can empower young people’s voices. The webinar will be a timely and important exploration of the rights and responsibilities of us all, and a useful contribution to Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE), Civics, and related curricula in schools.
