Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Dr James Thaventhiran is a Principal Investigator and Theme Lead at the MRC Toxicology Unit, University of Cambridge, where he investigates how adaptive immune lymphocytes resist anti-proliferative inflammatory signals. He is also a clinical immunologist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where his clinical studies on patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiency have the goal of identifying novel immunodeficiencies and therapies.
