On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

In the context of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the HWB EDI committee is hosting a lecture series that aims to highlight the contributions of some of the most accomplished women across our institutes. In this lecture, Prof Jones will provide a perspective on her career and an overview of her biggest breakthroughs studying cell surface receptors and signalling complexes.
Following the lecture, we will be hosting an informal meeting over tea and coffee. This would be an ideal opportunity for early-career researchers and students to network and learn about Yvonne’s career and research.
