Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.

All-Innovate is the University of Oxford’s idea competition aiming to encourage students and staff at the University of Oxford to develop an entrepreneurial skill set and generate entrepreneurial ideas, regardless of discipline, level of study or entrepreneurial experience.
Submit any idea to gain the knowledge, support and skills needed to expand your entrepreneurial mindset and take the first steps into entrepreneurship. No idea? No problem! The purpose of All-Innovate is to encourage anyone who wants to gain an insight into the world of entrepreneurship – your idea doesn’t have to be perfect or fully formed.
Once you have signed up, you will be given access to Validate – a startup ideas platform that allows you to ideate, plan, test and share entrepreneurial and innovative ideas. As part of All-Innovate, we’re running four optional training sessions during Hilary term 2024, through which you will gain the skills to create a Business Model Canvas (BMC) while building an entrepreneurial network.
