Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
This panel event is being organised by Oxford University Careers Service and will be a great introduction to anyone who is interested in the Medical Communications industry. McCann Health will give an overview of the industry and the types of roles available, and then you will hear from two Medical Writers (from McCann Health and HEOR) and an Account Manager (from Oxford Pharmagenesis) about their day to day work, how they use their science and tips on what sorts of experience and skills can help you secure a job in this sector.
