OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Everyone is invited to join us for lunch on Monday 14 May, 12.30 – 1.30pm in the Herbertson Room. Please fill in the Google form to let us know you are coming and if you have any dietary requirements by Wednesday 9 May. As well as lunch you will have the opportunity to hear about some of the things we have done over the past year to promote gender equality and improve the working environment in SoGE as part of our Athena SWAN programme. Please do have your say about what we do well and where we can improve as a department through our Staff Survey which will also be launched on 14 May.
