A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. In a big place like Oxford, it’s not always easy to find out about what’s available and how to make the most of your time here. This event is for new research staff to welcome you to our wonderful university and introduce you to the many opportunities and resources.
People who attend are typically postdocs, research fellows and research assistants at Grades 6 to 8.
Event objectives:
Identify resources and support for your professional and career development.
Know how to widen your social network through the Oxford Research Staff Society, Oxford University Newcomers Club.
Start to effectively plan your coming months at Oxford.
