A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The symposium aims to bring together the perspectives of materials scientists and art historians on the transition from late antiquity to Islam. The programme will include panels on Glass, Ceramics, Metallurgy, Mining and Stonework, Manuscripts and Textile.
