OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
All welcome for a wide-reaching series covering global health research, knowledge exchange, and skills-building sessions.
A mix of staff and guest speakers make up the term-card, often focusing on The George Institute for Global Health’s focus areas of work within the Oxford team: understanding healthy environments, machine intelligence in disease interactions, tackling cardiovascular disease, women’s health and sex inequalities, preventing childhood cancer, and injury prevention and trauma care.
A recording will be made available shortly after the event. Follow us on Twitter @georgeinstuk with #GeorgeSeminars to catch the release.
