A two-week publishing freeze is expected to start before the end of Hilary Term to allow all future events to be migrated to the new platform. Maru is a Senior Researcher and Global Research Ethics Advisor at the University of Oxford. With an interdisciplinary background, covering both natural and social sciences, she combines scientific and ethics expertise with practical experience of working in developing countries. She is an academic interested in questions of global justice in relation to knowledge creation. She also provides research ethics advice, training and support to individuals and organisations, particularly if working in international development.
